We are looking for an experienced passionate and motivated Sales Head to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. Preferably stays in Mawlai side, Polo & Golf-link or rides and owns a 2 wheeler.
Sales Head Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Must have at least 3-5yrs experience in a multi- national company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Able to handle sales offline and online
- Knowledge in digital marketing
- Be able to prepare digital content for our online presence
- Be able to come up with various sales strategies for weekly/monthly/ annual or seasonal sales targets and enhanced revenue generation for the business.
- Understanding Fashion Trends
- Proven track record of over-achieving sale quota
- Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives
- Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
- Able to check overall maintenance of shop and cleanliness of the store.
- Good Visual Merchandiser
- Technical knowledge of Ms office, tally and minor editing skills in Photoshop/ Canva can be additional asset

Sales Representative
Preferably stays in Mawlai side, Polo or Golf- link or rides and owns a 2 wheeler. Must have at least 1-2yrs experience but freshers who think they do possess skills and the ability of retail marketing may also apply.
Job brief
We are looking for a smart Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked.
- Maintain presentable and in-stock condition of assigned sections of the store.
- Overall cleanliness of the store
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school degree
- BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
